Lovely atmosphere also good location the one on North Oak. Nice friendly staff, the food was very good loved, the original type menu would recommend any of my family and friends to go there if they are looking for a light healthy delicious meal surrounded by good people. My family and I recently visited this restuarant The food and service were great! Great prices and spacious!

Food is good. Waitress had an attitude with a 10 percent tip on a carry out. She lucky I gave anything to her. If she wants a 20 percent tip on a carry out, she better cook the food and bring it to my work.

Really great place to have breakfast in North Kansas City. Very trendy. Comforting atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Menu is diverse.

Best brunch place. They have the most amazing coffee. They have a special menu that has limited items on it. Change it from time to time. We usually get one thing off the special menu and a regular item. They have the best drinks. Kale tonic is the best!

The seasonal cinnamon chip pancake combo was amazing. The staff is always friendly. But I would have liked something warm to drink that wasn't coffee

A very relaxing brunch spot located in North Kansas City. A rustic, almost rural interior works with both casual or more fanciful occasions. Dishes have fresh flavor combinations, like their Ricotta Lemon Pancakes or their Kale Tonic, one of their fresh juices. Coffee is refillable, as they leave a small carafe on the table for you.

Love this place, love their food. They're always packed but still never forget anything for my to go orders

Food was great, our server's friendly and professional. Only drawback is it is very noisy. With the interior finishes wood and metal, the sound just bounces around the restaurant.

My first time back at FW in about 4 yrs. Wasn't impressed then, and not now. Service was slow and waitress seemed like she would rather be anywhere but there. My colleague and I decided to treat the curt service as though she was having a really bad day but I have heard others complain about the service too. We both ordered a half sandwich with small soup but BOTH received full sizes (and were charged for too). Never was offered nor rec'd a refill on my tea. Tomatoes soup was good. Meat on my sandwich was dry. I just picked at it. Colleague said her sandwich was good.

Great way to start your day! They use super fresh ingredients. They will substitute almost anything for your order to suit your taste buds! I had the triathlete and my husband had the smoked salmon. Both were delicious!

Good food, they were busy but food came quickly. Waitress a little behind, but not too bad. Fresh food, full of flavor.

I've been to other First Watch restaurants and it's been hit or miss. Average service and average food. Never anything too special. This particular location has really good food compared to the others I have been too. This location also has really good servers. Very friendly, conversational while still being prompt and attentive to others.

Over the top amazing! Our server Kasey is fun, efficient, and has a great smile. Our food was great! Recommend the Salmon Eggs Benedict, and the Banana Pancakes! Love their Gluten free options as well. By far the best location in the eastern Kansas City Area.

One of many in the city. Always good, fresh food served quickly by great waitstaff. I was in a hurry and when I told our waiter this, she went out of her way to get us finished up. I had the Trifecta with pancake which was light and fluffy. They substituted fruit for potatoes as requested by my friend. Lots of fresh juice drinks. Vegan options. Good coffee. Fresh decor

I normally go to the one in Liberty, came here instead with the family and the didn’t disappoint. Service was great, food was great and came out fast! And they were very helpful when my 2 year old dropped and entire cup of milk on the floor! My wife didn’t like her meal and they quickly swapped it out for something she did!

The food was delicious but the potatoes were not as done as they should have been. I ordered the Carnitas Burrito. The waitress was not attentive either. Not sure if she was new or what. I usually have a wonderful experience when I go there.

Great breakfast and brunch place! Lots of different menu items to choose from and they also have seasonal menus with special offerings. They remodeled it a few years ago and the interior is so pretty and rustic, making for a cozy ambiance. My husband and I have been here several times but this particular time I ordered the Pork Belly & Cheesy Grits from their seasonal menu and my husband ordered the Roast Beef & Havarti sandwich. The pork belly was crispy yet fatty, a hard combo to achieve! The grits were just okay, I thought they could use a little more seasoning. My husband's sandwich was amazing! It was a large portion that could be shared by two, so we plan to go back just for that! We also got their Millionaire's Bacon, which is candied bacon. I thought it was tasty but could have been crispier.

Had the avocado toast breakfast after a 10 mile run, it was so very good. However, we added sides of bacon to our order - We didn’t realize each side of bacon was going to cost the same amount as a package of bacon from the grocery store! Our food was excellent, our server was excellent - she checked on us regularly providing extra drinks when we needed them. The restaurant was clean and easy to access.

Nice place for breakfast. Service here is one of the best I ever experienced in first watch. Hosts are friendly and polite. Food is well prepared and as ordered. Price is decent for such quality.

The food is pretty great and the service is better. But it is one of many places in the area that doesn't serve sweet tea, and some of my food was a bit under done. The rest makes up for it mostly and the price isn't bad either.

First time dining here for brunch and it was very pleasant from beginning to end! Service was wonderful throughout and the quality of the food was amazing. I ordered their elevated egg sandwich, but had to order the egg thoroughly cooked as I wasn't sure if I could eat the runny yolk from their over-easy option while pregnant, although I would have preferred to it be yolky! It was still delicious!

It's completely fine. Sometimes the wait times for food are a little long (but it's usually busy) and the staff are usually frazzled (again, it's usually busy), but the food is always solid and tasty.The coffee's pretty good, the selection is nice, and it's RELATIVELY fast.The Traditional Breakfast is a great standby and boy. Those breakfast potatoes are truly top-notch.

It was a good meal. I had Farmhouse hash skillet. There was enough that I had to take some home.The server came by and checked if we needed anything. My friend enjoyed her avocado toast. Good parking too.

Fun little breakfast place! I didn't really know what to expect. I was blow away by all the options. There were so many unique dishes. I thought it seemed a little pricey but the food and service were so good that the price was fair. The portion sizes were perfect. I had a hard time deciding what to order because there were so many good looking options. I would love to come back! The atmosphere was very trendy. Everything was clean. Our waitress was excellent. We go here often on weekends and appreciate that no matter how busy they are the food is on point and everything always comes out quicker then expected.

Not only is the place ALWAYS clean, the staff is great. Phillip is amazing along with the rest of the staff. The food is always fresh, and the iced coffee is addictive!! Will def be returning 🔥

The service is always great, even when I'm there on a busy Sunday morning. The waiters are super friendly. And the food is delicious! I highly recommend the eggs Benedict.

Wow - Clean, fresh food served with overwhelming amounts of coffee, tea or water in a timely manner by people who care. What else could you ask for? I had the cobb salad with ranch dressing. The dressing comes on the side so you can pour on they amount you desire. I poured it all on. Oh yeah! There was a lot of blue cheese, bacon, avocado, chicken and eggs covering the romaine lettuce. No core in the lettuce either. Hurray! It was torn by people who care. The decor is reclaimed wood and I love it. There's something deeply appealing and extra-satisfying about eating a meal surrounded by old, heart-pine wood.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. I always think of the great restaurants in the old section of Portland, OR. when my wife and I eat there.
